Enlightenment is nothing you have to seek. There is nothing you need to ‘get’, ‘find’, or ‘acquire’. You don’t need a ‘teacher’, or religion. You don’t need a technique or meditation practice, or scripture or breathing practices. NOTHING can give you enlightenment for you ALREADY ARE enlightened.
STOP seeking something that is within you already. Enlightenment is the realization of the Light that is within you. A conscious recognition and acceptance of SELF. It is discovering who you already are and being that person fully. We strive to ‘DO’ instead of just ‘BEING’. We listen to others profess their truths and wonder if we should ‘follow’.
Find the path that leads you to yourself. This is all I will say. Nothing can give you ‘light’ for you already have it and ARE it. Learn to enflame the fire within.
